Use of the Salon
- The salon refuses services to the following customers
- Customers with tattoos or body art (tattoos, drawings, affixed paper, etc.)
- Customers whose behavior is dangerous or influences others
- Other customers who the salon finds to be inappropriate
Reservations
- The salon operates on a completely reservation-based system. Customers are requested to call, or make reservations in person. It may be possible to make same-day reservations, depending on the room occupancy situation. Customers with high blood pressure, allergies or other health issues, as well as customers who medication, drink alcohol or are seeing a doctor, must explain all relevant information when making a reservation. In some situations, it may be impossible to provide weight loss services. Please contact us during operating hours one day in advance to change or cancel a reservation. Other cancellations or changes to reservations may not be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.
Day of Appointment
- Please arrive at reception 15 minutes prior to the time of your appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened. We appreciate your understanding.
- Prior to your appointment, you will be given a simple orientation and questionnaire, and we can answer any questions you have. In order to prevent accidents, it is possible that you will be refused certain treatments after your orientation according to the beautician's judgment. We appreciate your understanding.
Customer Information about Behavior at the Salon
- All behavior obstructing the treatment of other customers is prevision.
- No smoking.
- Please do not be noisy.
- Turn off cell phones.
- If you begin to feel uncomfortable during your treatment, please immediately tell your beautician.
